The midlife is often a call to explore new possibilities, to cast off the skin of an old identity, and to live more deliberately. It’s a call to set out on a new journey, often to a destination unknown.
The journal can help you navigate through those often choppy, always fascinating waters of the midlife. Learning new techniques to tap into and release your creativity can enrich your life, making you feel more grounded, mindful, conscious, and awake.
There aren’t age limits or rigid definitions about what we mean by “the midlife”. If you feel like you’re in the mid life, if the words resonate and connect, then you are. This is for you.
A structured class around a topic or theme can be a simple and effective way to start to journal.
The midlife can be a lonely place… I know, I’ve been there! Working with a coach gives you the chance to reflect on what’s emerging from your writing and creative work, and to get past any blocks and barriers to a life more creative, lived fully out loud.
